Rated 5 out of 5 by from Big IF you have narrow feet. Sizing: Everything I read about this shoe was that it ran big. Even the way it tells you to measure I was convinced to go .5 smaller. Woke up early and ordered my 10.5 confidently. When I received them they were too tight. I have wide feet 11s like every other gym shoe I have were the correct size. Fortunately these didn't sell out and I was able to get them Performance: As soon as I received the 11s I put them on and immediately felt how solid of a shoe it is. Fortunately my workout the day of were squats and cleans. The best way I can describe the way they feel are like solid platforms for each foot. My movements were super stable and comfortable, honestly unlike any other shoe I've had. Super happy with the purchase.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Get it I've been a fan of the Rock since I started watching WWF in '98, so of course I'm going to wear his workout line. All I can say is I love these shoes. They do run a tiny bit big (maybe a half size), but they are still very comfortable for all sorts of high performance workouts or just roaming the park. Since I have flat feet so its usually uncomfortable for me to do too many squats in some of my other gym shoes. However, I have not had one issue or experienced any discomfort with these. Definitely recommend, especially for leg day! :)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LADIES YOU CAN ORDER THEM TOO. I BOUGHT THEM AND I AM A WOMAN Hello! I am 5'1", 155 lbs, size 8.5 in womans shoes. I have bough project rock since day 1. I normally wear a size XL in woman's because I like a baggy fit and ladies clothes tend to run smaller. So since the beginning i've been buying from the mens clothing line in a size small. It fits PERFECT. I only had one item I bought which was zip up without sleeves and it was snug. It motivated me to run more because of it. His leggings are amazing. I wear them everyday to work and I've washed them so MANY times and never once has the logo came off or have they fallen apart. I like others have been waiting for woman's shoes and this drop, I gave in. I didn't care if it was mens. I bought a size 7 and it fit perfect. I was worried because I also have wide feet and this shoe fit like a glove. So if you're like me and on the fence about buying mens gear DONT BE AFAIRD. It will work out. I get so many compliments on my gym clothing and its always project Rock.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Shoes I bought online so didnt try them on and went off my other UA shoes. Although they may be a touch bigger for me they fit my insoles issued from the military. Huge plus. Usually the plastic heel and arch pushes over the sides and leaves me with a somewhat uncomfortable feel I have grown use to. These shoes fit them perfectly and snug my foot exactly where i need it to be completely comfortable. Highly impressed by the design and 100% love being apart of something. My project is me and when I'm in the gym I'm an average guy trying to do above average things. Hands down best shoe I have owned.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Next Generation of Project Rocks Originally I didn't know how I felt about these. I have had the Original Project 1 Deltas, 2nd Generation Project Rock Deltas, and now the Project Rock 1s. These shoes definitely run 0.5-1.0 size larger. Even putting them up to the Project Deltas (1st & 2nd Gen), they are noticeably longer. I love the knit upper (which originally I was worried about). However they are a little big as I purchased 10.5 (Last Pair In Stock), however I can definitely still train in them. I love the Project Rock Line as I find the quality is always top notch. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who liked the Delta's however I would recommend purchasing a 0.5 size smaller.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Training Shoe on the Market Certainly exceeded my expectations. I love the upper construction that allows you to slide the shoe on like a slipper, but with an adjustable lacing system and webbing on the forefoot, it forms to your foot. The ankle counter really locks your foot in, so there is no slipping or sliding on any type of lateral movement or jumping/cross-training type of work. And it provides superior ankle stability despite the lack of material. It's quite unique. The heel is solid, which allows you to press through your heels without losing strength in over cushioned shoes, perfect for movements like squats and deadlifts. The shape of the forefoot is wide and doesn't restrict as you move through heavy lifts. The forefoot also has the right amount of cushion without sacrificing strength. And there are knobs on the sole that add unequaled traction. The shoe is really comfortable, functional, and just downright a beast of a training shoe. If you missed out on the first release, I highly suggest you get in line for the second release.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great looking shoe TERRIBLE sizing issue Shoe looks awesome but they should really sell them in stores so that consumers can try them on. I own close to 50 sneakers all are a size 10. These shoes RUN too big. I've bought 3 pair trying to find my fit. 10 - too big at the toe 9.5 - too big at the toe, but arch of foot does not align with shoe. 9 - same issue as the 9.5. I see there is a release on 9/20 for another colorway. Hopefully they fixed the sizing issue. If you look at any picture on social media Blue Project 1s you can see the toe creases from those wearing a shoe that is too big. Look and see for yourself.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Multi-Purpose Trainer Excellent shoe. I was blown away with the level of comfort and stability this shoe provides. Phenomenal support for squats, agility exercises (Drills, skipping, HIIT) and deadlifts. I am convinced that there isn't a better utility trainer than this shoe right here. The shoe does run a bit Large, I usually wear 9.5-10 and decided to go with a size 9. Fits like a glove, I am about 5'8 155lbs, with medium-narrow feet.
