Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't run without 'em... These are much better than a Dr Sholls kind of insert (although they are twice the price as well). But they have been a lifesaver for me -- I was having a lot of problems with my knees and shin splints, partly due to overtraining and overpronating, but these have made a huge difference. These inserts are excellent cushioning and they have lasted about as long as the running shoe. Also, I run in brooks and (for me anyway) when comparing shoes, it made a lot more sense to buy the mid priced shoes, invest the 25 bucks in these, and skip the high end shoes that are marketed as having more cushioning -- I got a lot more value for my money this way.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from new model is terrible I have been a loyal customer for the past 6 years. I have a pair of air insoles in every pair of shoes that I own and replace the insoles in my "everyday" shoes about every 5 months. With that being said... I would return the latest pair of insoles if I could. The new model has an air bubble in the heel that is slightly bigger than a quarter and looks like a blister. It is to small to be functional and creates wrinkles in the liner of the insole. It always feels like there is something in your shoe and actually rubs to cause blisters if used while running. I plan to try to find some of the old model online, but will never buy another pair of the new model.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bring back the old version! I am a nurse and am on my feet for a solid 8-12 hours a day/5 days a week. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I have searched high and low to try and find the old version of this insole without success. I have been on the hunt to find an insole comparable to the old version and have yet to find anything that comes close. I am now suffering from severe knee and foot pain. The new version doesn’t even come close to the older version of this insole. Also, I hate having to trim to size. It’s so much more convenient AND comfortable having a true to for insole! PLEASE bring back the old version!!!!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Insole I have been using the Sof Sole Airr Insole for a few years. My podiatrist recommended I use them and I have loved them. I understand they are changing them so I bought up all the old ones I could find. They are putting a raised area in the center of the heel area of the insole. I have talked to a few people that have purchased the new insoles and they hate them. They are causing the runners to get blisters where they have added the raised part of the heel pad. I hope they change them back soon. I called Sof Sole and complained. I hope they get enough complaints that they go back to the old Sof Sole Airr.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed I agree with Pam C. who wrote a review 1 month ago. I also really appreciated the older version which was thicker especially at the heel (See attached photos). I bought the new version of Sof Sole: AIRR and immediately knew they did not help my feet. As I continued with feet pain, I reverted to wearing my 2 year old worn out version which provides more comfort. Please consider bringing them back!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Solid insoles These are nice inserts the give you extra padding. I caution to make sure they fit before you buy them. When you remove the store insoles and put these in these are thicker so they take a lot more room. I would also put them in shoes and leave them in. My brother bought a pair and was moving them from one shoe to another and said that the gel under the ball of the foot was falling apart. I think it was due to it sticking to the bottom of the shoe and then taking it out. They are comfortable though. I would have given them 3.5 stars if possible.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Firm but I Like Them a Lot Bought these to swap with the stock insole in the Adidas Suciu skateboarding shoe, which comes with a thick Adiprene insole designed for very high grip. These Sof Soles are much better equipped for casual wear, even though I got the athletic set, which is a little firmer than the cushioning set. Arch support is great for me (medium arch); fit in the shoe is good. I can't speak to durability, since I've only had them for a week or two.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Should be required for safety shoes I purchased these inserts for use in my Red Wing Model 6341. I alrady have an identical pair already in place in my Red Wing Model 2240. To say the least, these inserts should be STANDARD for work boots. I have 100% comfort all day long! I typically remove the initial insects, cut the SofSole to the same dimensions, insert them and away-I-go!
