Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them My boyfriend bought these for my new work shoes. I have wore them 8 hours on my feet and I love them!!! Now I want every color.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great comfy support I bought this shoe 3 weeks ago, and it has really helped stabilize my feet for lunges and squats. I had years of knee pain with these moves prior to this shoe.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great For Cross Training But Not Running I'll be the first to admit that what originally drew me to the shoes were how aesthetically pleasing they were. The guava-bronze-grey combo are gorgeous in person. Having worn ASICS gel sneakers for the past three years, I wanted something more fun to wear as an everyday shoe while also being functional at the gym. I'm someone who does OTF and wanted more of a cross training shoe rather than simply a running one. While these were great for the floor exercises and rowing, they were not so when it came to running on the treadmill. With little to no cushioning offered, I felt the intense vibrations slamming into my shins and especially so during incline runs. Granted, I'm often times doing harder thirty minute runs rather than distance ones. If you're doing an easy, flat road, even outdoor run, these might be fine. To be fair, I wouldn't run further than maybe a 5k in these before you really start to feel the effects. Having said all of this, I truly think these are gorgeous shoes and can be worn all day for comfort. If you're cross training though and doing more intense runs, I would look for something else.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Comfortable Training shoes My Trainer recommended that I purchase a pair of Training shoes. I choose the Nike Metcon shoes because they were sturdy and comfortable. They are the shoes I need for weight training. I recommend these shoes.
