Rated 4 out of 5 by from Sturdy and Well Built for a Great Price I have had good luck with Fitness Gear products in the past and decided to give this a go since it was in stock at my local store. While the instructions aren't the clearest but it came together easily. The back removable pad is a little wobbly for my taste but it isn't going to slip out. One word of caution, keep the nuts looser till things are well aligned, on mine the pull up bar is slightly out of alignment because I didn't. I hope to fix that but it works just fine. Otherwise, I am very happy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Value I've only had this for a couple weeks, but so far so good. As fitness towers go, for the money this one is excellent. I like that all of the exercises are done from the front of the apparatus, so I'm able to have it placed about six inches from the wall of my office. It takes up only a small space. The removable back can be used for a decline bench, which is fantastic for me as it helps me get my lower spine to crack if I use it to stretch with. My office ceiling is 93.5 inches, and there is just enough room for me to do pull-ups without hitting my head. I was worried about the dip station being wobbly since the arms can fold down, but so far it's been fine. Time will tell how it holds out, but my initial impression is very positive. As indicated in another review, the unit will go together fairly quickly if you assemble it loosely at first, and tighten it up as you complete each section.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Small footprint, lots of options I workout in my basement. There isn't a lot of space down there, so I needed something that would allow me to do as several different exercises in as little space as possible. Primarily, I wanted this for (in order) the pull-up bar, dip horns, and roman chair. I like that the arms collapse downward to get them out of the way when using the pull-up bars, though I do wish that the roman chair handles (which are now horizontal while in the collapsed state) could rotate out of the way somehow. My workout program recently had me doing "plyo pull-ups" and "plyo dips" where you do the pull-up or dip quickly enough that you get some air at the top and then catch yourself on the way back down. While this did wobble a bit during those exercises, it didn't seem to mind that much that I was abusing it in that way. Before purchasing, I had tried out another brand or two and this one seemed better built. Now that I'm doing these plyo things, I'm glad I went with the sturdier one! Speaking of pull-ups and trying other options, I also tried one of those door frame pull up bars, but I've gotta' tell you, unless you have a very wide door, you won't be able to get your elbows out where they are supposed to be and so you will be limited in your motion. This pull up station allows me to get my elbows out where they are comfortable any my shoulders can work properly. HOWEVER, for chin-ups, it is arguably too wide and so I still use the door frame version, simply because I have it as an option. If I didn't I think this power tower would still be fine. The roman chair back had me a bit concerned at first because it just sits in a grooved slot so that you can remove it. As such, it isn't super secure, but after using it for a while, I can say pretty confidently that this really isn't a problem. Setup was pretty easy and didn't take me all that long. The footprint a quite reasonable -- big enough to be sturdy, but without taking up a ton of space. Overall, a great addition for a small home gym. If you have the space and money, a cage/rack will likely offer a better, even sturdier pull-up bar but this one will certainly do for my needs.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent! Took about two hours to assemble, and everything fit perfectly. All of the holes lined up correctly, and that is unusual. The directions are a little vague, so read them carefully and look at the schematics.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for a good price! Strong material, good stability, easy to assemble (you just have to have two box wrench), besides that since it can be used also as abdominal bench, it also allows you to work out your abdomen. Nice product I would only improve the quality of the back pad. Just be careful to have someone to receive it in your house, otherwise UPS will leave it unattended at your front door.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very versatile! I have had towers before but this one ads some features not on others. Like the creation of the sit up bench and fold down arms to create more Rome for pull ups etc. Very well made and easy to build.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very good product, just shy from greatness I needed a tower that had all the exercises on one side and was solid enough to handle my 230 lbs while doing butterfly pull-ups and the occasional muscle up without rocking around. This tower performed excellenty well on that front and the ability to remove the backrest for more mobility added much wanted value. This also allows to create a sort of roman chair for decline situps (and even incline bench presses). The downside to this is that the backrest can be a bit woobly for L-raises, but it's nothing that will deter you from being able to do them. I also liked the fact that although the pull-up bar is split, the middle connecting part is just the right wide to do chin-ups as well. All the while the thing remains grounded and sturdy, which is the most important factor of a tower in my opinion. The omission of handles for push-ups and the woobliness af the backrest is the reason it doesn't earn a 5 from me, but if you can find this in a sale like me, it's value is hard to beat
