Rated 1 out of 5 by from A good concept poorly executed I like the easy of set up and the layout of the tent. That being said the tent is not very durable. Just got back from an eight day camp in Wyoming and had several issues. The main ridge poles would not stay extended and required a daily dose of duct tape, luckily I always have some nearby. The door zipper is not a one-handed zipper and more times then not has to have the rain flap pulled out of the zipper to close or open it. There are not side gussets to keep the sides from caving in during periods of Wyoming wind. I am not sure where the water came in but it leaked during a quick Wyoming downpour. It is probably a good backyard tent, but not for a serious camping trip. We have the Coleman 6-person cabin tent and it has worked well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from An instant headache I go camping alot and decided to "upgrade" my tent this past year . Well I used it a total of 2x and will never use again . Rainproof absolutly not ,it leaked where poles pockets are attached . 1 min set up how about 1 hr because the poles somehow twisted around each other as well as the center pole release button was broken . Zipper constantly stuck. Seems to me Coleman failed on this especially after seeing multiple reviews all stating same problems. You would think they take it off the market and save customers from ruined camping trips and alot of money

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Tension rod The main tension rod on this tent releases on its own. We have to reset the tent 3 times a day because the roof collapses. Since we did not think to set it up when we bought it we were unable to return it after our family camping trip.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor quality. Pole broke on second use, leaks This was purchased for yearly camping trip. Used twice, leaked twice. On take down the pole broke. If there is water on the rain fly when you open the door it pours into the tent when you open the door.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from DO NOT BUY I have to agree with everything the other reviews said. Great concept, terrible execution. My son and I go camping several times each summer. This tent has given us trouble from the first day. Middle support pole would not click into place, once it did we couldn't unclick it. then the tab broke. Condensation is so severe that you have to sleep with windows slightly open (no matter how cold). When it rains you get puddles in the tent. Flaps get stuck in zipper every single time. Pole broke and we can't seem to find a replacement part. On the good side, it is fairly easy to set up and break down, and it's nice an roomy. That being said I still would not buy this again or recommend anyone else buy it. I'm actually very surprised Coleman is still selling it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Saggy and Leaky We’ve used this tent three times, and have had problems every time. The top tent pole either won’t extend all the way or won’t collapse once it does. Not the tent you want — you end up wet, dirty and tired from trying to fix it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poorly thought out. I was highly disappointed in this tent. There’s no air flow so it stays hot. The zipper door to get out is terrible and you get stuck inside. It does NOT come with a rain fly. I hate that I wasted so much money on this tent.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice tent, but some poorly designed parts I've used this tent 4 or 5 times now, in about a 2 year period. Setup is indeed quick, and the tent is fairly roomy when setup, my family of 4 fits comfortably with room for luggage, etc. The ability to put up a divider is a nice option. Had some fairly heavy rain on one trip, no leaks or water issues otherwise. Here's my problem though, where I feel that design suffers - the slide-out tension bar at the top of the tent. The bar itself is not bad, but good god is the "locking mechanism" for it poorly designed garbage. On my most recent trip, this slider would not lock... At all. It would SEEM like it was locked, until you setup the legs. Then, it would slide back in on itself. Every time. I finally popped the locking switch out, only to find that it was a TINY plastic tab that was supposed to be holding this in place - and mine was worn down to nearly nothing - after 4 camping trips. Nothing I could do would lock this, thankfully I was able to come up with a drill, a small bit, and a nail I could use as a locking pin. Being that I had to drill through a fiberglass rod to make this hold for the trip, I have no idea how long said rod will hold before it breaks. The kicker? This was the tent I got as a replacement for the previous Colman tent that had one of it's.locking legs fail on it's second use. No more Coleman tents for me after this.
